Jean-Michel Basquiat at Fondation Louis Vuitton

I often accumulate vast amounts of content waiting for me to process it, to bring it out in an orderly manner, ideally accompanied by a profound, well-researched text. Well, this time I figured the exhibition of Basquiat does not deserve such an absurd treatment. I feel I’d be doing you, however is reading this, as well as the defunct artist himself, a much better favour releasing these all these images of his work.
Hoping you’ll enjoy these photos and maybe use them for that research I haven’t written, but maybe you will!
And 2 interiors from the Foundation….
Aaaand a bit of a reflection, how could i not? 🙂Â
One of my favourites:
If you ever come by to Paris, do invest in going to Fondation Louis Vuitton. They have really awesome art events, the building’s architect is Frank Gehry and it is truly impressive + it also boasts a beautiful garden. If you’re more of a Southerner, maybe you can see some of Basquiat’s works in Avignon, at Collection Lambert. The current exhibition includes works of Jean Michel Basquiat and it’s open until the end of may. Check it out!
