Togetherness: a work style mantra in brand communications

I believe in togetherness. I believe ideas become best when shared, when hit against the mind of another.

I believe true power resides in a team approach.

And I believe the most valuable team is that of 2 people. It’s a pity that the art & copy formula remained just that.  This dream team formula should be extended to all brand communication phases – such as: brand strategist & UX designer, content developer & web designer, web designer & developer. No matter if it’s the same people wearing these different Thinking Hats.

Curious about the Thinking Hats? It is a concept introduced by Edward de Bono, which is briefly explained here:

You should really explore more of Edward de Bono‘s works – I highly recommend the entire book as well.

Creativity at its finest lies in the space between you and me, a merger of passions and experience, of a loving approach and a business approach, of soft skills and hard skills, my yin and your yang.

Actually, I believe it’s most wondrous when the same two people can wear these different hats. If they plan righteously and allow themselves dedicated time for each of those roles. In this case, they will be deeply rooted in the project and there will be no risk of inconsistencies and off-brand details.

Luck, karma, destinity…whatever makes it that I have found the right partner to work with like that.

And we are already delivering exquisite work we believe in.  Stay tuned for #may1streboot for more.
